Dos and Donts For 2015 Trends

With the amalgam of 2015 trends it can be quite easy to get lost in them and simply get confused about what to wear and what not to wear. Here is a list of things to do and things to avoid when shopping and creating your new season outfits.

The Retro style

Yes, the retro style will be in and there is no other way to make sure that you are prepared for summer. Try to go for 50s dresses or stuff that is colorful and quite flirty to make sure that you get that perfect look. However, make sure that you don’t go overboard with the oversized stuff and the colors. The pin-up style is on but don’t go for a too crazy look. Also, make sure that you understand when to go retro, it’s definitely a great idea to choose it for the office party but not the office during the day.

Going for Pastels and Neons

This is kind of a tricky combination and there are many ways in which a person can really get confused about it. For example, you can go for the lovely pale pinks, the peach and even the neon greens but not as a whole. Make sure that you use them within your outfit and don’t choose whole outfits that have only these colors. For example, you can wear one color at the time and concentrate just on one piece to have that color. Never try to mix them all together hoping that you will get something extremely trendy. Neon with neon never did anybody any good.

Another touchy subject is the animal print and how much to wear it. People can easily get confused when it comes to animal print because there are many ways in which you can go wrong. First of all, animal prints for the next season should be natural; this means that you should choose something that actually exists in nature; no blue leopard skin or green zebra. Secondly, make sure that you don’t dress yourself completely in a tiger or any other form of animal, using animal print should be more subtle than that. Try a pair of animal print pants or just an animal print top but not both of them.

Makeup

A natural or nude look is exactly what you need for the next season but many of us think that this means no makeup at all. Don’t make this mistake;’ “no makeup” makeup is much more complex than that, you will still have to use concealer, foundation, a lip balm and mascara to achieve this look.
